Plenty of toys for babies and toddlers, different themes each week crafts, sensory trays & small world/role play. Fruit snack & juice for children, drinks available for adults.

Tuesday mornings 10.00 - 12.00 term time

Sessions £2 - 1st child, siblings £1.

Methwold Theatre Club

Methwold Theatre Club performance

Methwold Theatre Club is a small, friendly amateur dramatic group of mixed ages that put on a variety of plays, murder mysteries and fund raising events.  We meet every Tuesday from 7.00 pm in the 21 Room of St George’s Hall Complex.  So if you would like to tread the boards, or be backstage then pop along on a Tuesday to meet us or go to our website for contact details.

The Dressmaking Group is a small, friendly group of like minded people who meet fortnightly on Mondays 1.00pm  – 5.00 pm in Peggy’s Room.  We have a wide range of knowledge and cater for all levels of experience.

Methwold Ladies Group

Methwold Ladies Group meets on the second Wednesday of the month at 7.30pm  in Peggy's Room.

The programme includes talks, meals, entertainment and outings. Membership is open to all (gentlemen are also welcome) either as full members or to visit for particular speakers. Membership is £2.00, payable when signing-in.

 

We are an active group who support the Parish with refreshments at all major events and in the past have provided refreshments for every Carols Round the Christmas Tree, most of the fetes and celebrations such as the 100th Anniversary of the end of WW1 and support the History Group at any of their events. During our meetings we welcome various speakers, take part in crafts and enjoy each others company with whatever takes our fancy at that time.
