Hire Charges
Our current hire charges are set out below.
The Complex is subsidised by the Parish Precept and therefore we have a two tier pricing structure

Price Band A - Personal, resident and regular group

Price Band B - Business, regular commercial and profit making group

For small businesses, organisations or charities, please contact the Administrator to discuss charges
​

When hiring other parts of the Complex, we only charge for the kitchens when the use of cookers etc or serving of alcohol is required. No charge is made for these areas for making hot drinks or serving prepared food
​
Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £50.00 will be applied for events with no alcohol.
For events where alcohol is present there will be a £150 damage deposit applied.
On condition there has been no damage or additional cleaning required the damage deposit will be returned in the month after your event.

When booking please make sure to allow sufficient time for setting up and clearing away, If your event overruns session end time the damage deposit will be forfeited.
