Make a Booking
Due to the different sizes and layout of the rooms we recommend that those interested in hiring any of the spaces available contact the Administrator in the first instance to discuss requirements and the facilities available. See below for maximum occupancy for each room and building layout.

The Administrator is unable to take bookings from a third party.
To confirm if dates are available and check the hire fees, please use the booking enquiry form below, or email or phone the Administrator

Please note Mini Methwold has a separate booking page
Hiring a Room
Once you have discussed your requirements with the Administrator, you will be issued with a booking form. You must then complete and return the Hire Agreement which is a legal document and creates a contract between the hirer and Methwold Hall Complex Charitable Trust. Signing the Hire Agreement confirms that you have read and agree to the Conditions of Hire. Copies are available from the Administrator if you are unable to download it.
Your booking will be confirmed on receipt of the Hire Agreement and payment of the full hire fee.

All bookings to be paid for in full at least 7 days before hire.

The Complex is not licensed for the sale of alcohol, and no alcohol can be served without a licence which the hirer will need to provide. Licences will normally take the form of a Temporary Events Notice from the local authority (The Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk). Due to a restriction on the number of Temporary Events Notices that can be used for the Complex in any year, a discussion with the Administrator must take place before any booking is made or any licence applied for.
Licensing legislation may also restrict or require permission for certain types of events under the Deregulation Act 2015. If in doubt, please consult the Administrator.
